Home Option: Bodyweight exercises, HIIT, resistance bands.
Gym Option: Strength training + cardio mix (treadmill, cycling, rowing)
Frequency: 4-5 days per week

– High-protein, fiber-rich foods
– Hydration & detox strategies
Progress Tracking:
– Weekly weigh-ins & measurements
– Before/after photos

Muscle Gain Coaching
Duration: 6 or 12 Weeks
Program Overview
This program is designed to help you build muscle mass, improve strength, and achieve a well-defined physique.
Workout Plan
Gym Option: Progressive overload, compound lifts, hypertrophy training
Home Option: Resistance bands, weighted calisthenics, dumbbells
Frequency: 5-6 days per week

– Carb cycling for energy optimization
– Supplement guidance (optional)
Progress Tracking:
– Strength & muscle measurements
– Before/after progress photos
– Bi-weekly check-ins & adjustments

Body Transformation
Duration: 8 or 12 Weeks

A hybrid program combining fat loss and muscle-building strategies to help you achieve a complete transformation.

Strength & endurance training mix
